Update the Notification Event Mapping controls to allow turning on/off Article Publishing alerts separately from the rest.

Background:

We're super excited for the new Slack integration around event notifications!

After configuring the notifications, a major pain point we have discovered is you cannot control article create/delete/fork/publish separately. It is currently all or nothing. This creates a very verbose output that prevents us from using the feature. Being able to just notify external parties when an article is published will be very useful to increase traffic from our company to Document360 articles.
