Meta Title Display in Knowledge Base Search Results

The customer would like to have the option to display the configured Meta Title as the title of an article in the Knowledge Base site’s search results. Currently, the Article Title is displayed regardless of whether a Meta Title has been configured.
Using the Meta Title in search results would help us differentiate articles covering similar topics across different product areas and provide clearer, more relevant titles to users.

Could you please clarify whether the requirement is to use the Meta Title specifically as a search-friendly/display title, while the existing Article Title continues to be used within the article and other areas of the Knowledge Base?

Yes, that is correct. We want the Meta title to be used only in search results, as it helps distinguish between similar topics used across multiple products. The article title, however, should be displayed on the article page and in the navigation pane.
