Markdown Editor: Add content outline panel to the right side

As an author, I would like a content outline pane added to the markdown editor. I use the outline to easily access sections of a long document. The outline also lets me verify that my heading tags (#, ##, ###, etc) are correct.
I have attached a screenshot from Atom that shows the project outline on the left, markdown editors in the center, and the content outline on the right.

Hi Aimee, I wanted to inform you regarding the outline view feature which has been implemented in the Advanced WYSIWYG editor. I've attached a screenshot regarding this for your reference, kindly have a look. This feature is available only in the Advanced WYSIWYG editor. We are recommending you, to use the Advanced WYSIWYG editor for this feature.
