Mark article as reviewed/ready to publish

The ability to mark an article for review is great. But we'd also want to mark articles as reviewed...
So one more flag to say the article has been reviewed... and is ready to publish.
Today, if we mark as reviewed... it goes away from that category in bulk action. I'd want a state in between so that once we hit the date of the release.... we can select all articles that have been reviewed... and bulk publish.
