Mandatory field in article feedback section

In the article's feedback section, when a user clicks "Dislike," the feedback input appears to be mandatory. However, there is no indication, such as an asterisk or any other marker, to show that the field is required.
The customer has raised a concern about how users would know that the field is mandatory.
