We knew that search in private notes did not work in KB1.0 which was unfortunate when we migrated to Document360, but were told search will show results from document title, document content, private notes and snippets in KB2.0.

The fact that search does not index and look in content from private notes or snippets means that Readers are constantly asking Team account members if there is a document for xyz.

The only way around this is to have incredibly long document titles filling it with as many keywords as possible, which is not ideal, and then you find out people are searching by different keywords than you have in the title.

I understand why information in private notes & snippets is not indexed, but as our whole site is made up of exclusively private notes we would rather All of the information be indexed and if a user tries to access a document they do not have accesss to they'll just get a denied message and can request access.

I agree! I am migrating from a system where I used many private notes and I needed to be able to find them easily as the notes were often about extra information that needed to be added, etc. I am happy to see private notes in Document360 but I need to be able to search and find them, or at least list them.

This ability would be helpful for our workflow as well.
