Make comments compulsory when an article is "Disliked"
complete
Patti Hiscock
When a customer clicks the Thumbs Down icon on an article and doesn't include a comment, we have no way of knowing what the issue is and how we can improve the content.
We'd like to make a comment compulsory when they click Thumbs Down.
Thank you. :)

Hi Patti, Thank you sharing the feedback.
In one of our recent release, we have implemented a mandatory feedback mechanism for article dislikes to ensure more actionable insights.
When a user clicks the Dislike button, they are required to select a reason from the predefined options. If "Other" is selected, an additional comment is mandatory to proceed.
Please note: if the user closes or cancels the feedback prompt without providing input, the dislike action will not be recorded.
Please find the article link for this - https://docs.document360.com/docs/liking-or-disliking-an-article

I agree, but I don't want to see a requirement for leaving an e-mail address.
This has some relation to my request from last week:
Anu Racherla
I agree.
