Thank you for sharing this request. We understand the need to ensure favicons for private and mixed projects remain accessible through a stable, non-expiring URL for third-party integrations such as Jira Service Management.
We’ll take this as an improvement request and add it to our product backlog for future consideration. We’ll prioritize it based on customer demand, overall impact, and roadmap priorities.

Yes, the favicon should show for shared articles. This previously worked until some of the recent updates.
