JULIE WALLACE we can now associate related articles, and the same would be displayed in the KB site articles as well. You can configure them at Article Settings and at the individual article settings as well. Kindly try the feature and let us know.

So happy to see this is near to being released! In the previous (and archaic) software I used, we had a WYSIWYG view, a Code view, and a LINK view - a visual representation of of links. It shows a) this article b) what this article links to (internal and external) and c) what internal articles link to this topic.

In the attached image, topic is in the center. Right side/highlighted in yellow is what this topic links to - internal or external. Left side/highlighted in purple is internal topics pointing via link to this topic.

This is important because something like renaming or creating a replacement for an existing page can break a whole lot of links. This gives me a checklist of topics and links to be addressed before clicking publish.

Won't linking two articles to each other create a loop?
