Linking hidden article

Currently, linking to a hidden published article is not allowed, as accessing it would result in a 404 error. However, the customer would like the ability to link to such hidden articles so they can prepare interlinks in advance and unhide the articles only after verification.

Thank you for bringing this use case to our attention.
We understand the requirement to
allow linking to hidden published articles
so that interlinks can be prepared in advance and activated once the articles are unhidden after review or verification. This would simplify content planning and internal QA workflows by avoiding the need to update links post-publication.We’ve captured this enhancement request and will
evaluate the feasibility of supporting internal linking to hidden published articles
without exposing them publicly. Once validated, we’ll consider prioritizing it based on customer traction and alignment with our content visibility model.V
