Link to paragraph of other article

It is possible to make a link in an article to another article. Also to make a link in an article to a paragraph of the article. It would be nice to be able to make a link in an article to a specific paragraph of another article so a user is guided exactly to the wanted information.

Link across all workspaces
Krishna M
I have multiple workspaces and would like the ability to link a word to an article available in different workspaces. Currently, I can only link articles within the current workspace. It would be highly beneficial if there were options or filters to fetch articles and link them from different workspaces.
Attaching screenshot for your reference.

I just checked the link in the block editor. Is it possible something changed. I do not seem to be able to select any link.

Hi Krishna & Anna - I understand that the insert link in the pop-over should include articles from different workspaces.
We will check the technical feasibility of incorporating this solution and include this in our future roadmap. We will keep you posted on any updates on the same.
Thanks for your valuable time.

This would be very helpful. Currently, we have to go to the page in the other workspace and copy the link. It would also help to be able to search across all workspaces.

Hi Hilde, thanks for sharing your valuable request with us. I'm pleased to inform you that we have taken this to analysis by inserting the links of the heading to another article. With this, you'll be able to insert links to various headings and paragraphs within your articles from another workspace. You can then easily insert these links into other articles, enabling users to navigate directly to the desired information with just a click.
We will check the technical feasibility of incorporating this from our end.
Our team is actively working on enhancing the block editor, we will keep you posted on the same. If you have any feedback or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Currently, the anchor tag is auto-generated in the rendered page in html. I would like to have the anchor tag explicitly added in the html view in the article editor or the capability to add an anchor tag in the editor. (There is no function to do this currently from the editor)

Dan Temple - would you provide more clarity on the "invisible" part you are referring to?
Dan Temple
Thiru: by invisible, I mean that the tag does not display anything on the page. It just allows you to link to the page and arrive at a location other than the top of page. For example this link gets you to a section within the page: https://laravel.com/docs/7.x/routing#redirect-routes
