We have had a few instances of users with Team accounts who have moved to new departments and need to be converted to Reader accounts. However, when they are converted to Reader accounts, the work that they did in the Workflow and Comments for revision history are changed to "Anonymous." We need to be able to maintain the record of what they did in the portal. Can we maintain their name in the workflow and comments in these circumstances when they started as a Team account but need to transition to a Reader account?
