When server-side rendering (SSR) fails, times out, or takes longer than 15 seconds, the KB site falls back to client-side rendering (CSR), during which users currently see a blank white screen until the content loads. This can cause confusion and make users believe the knowledge base is unavailable, particularly during service disruptions. We request displaying a loading indicator during the CSR fallback to inform users that the page is still loading. The indicator should remain visible until the content is successfully rendered, improving the user experience and reducing uncertainty during temporary delays
