KB site changes not appearing in audit log

Somebody changed our KB site theme to dark mode only, and I had to change it back to light+dark mode. None of these actions appeared in the Audit log, even 'Knowledge Base Site Settings' is enabled in the audit log config.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At present, changes to the Knowledge Base site theme are not captured in the Audit Log, even when “Knowledge Base Site Settings” is enabled.
We have identified this as an area for improvement in the Team Auditing module. This enhancement will ensure that all theme and configuration changes are properly logged. We will keep you updated once this improvement is prioritized and added to our development roadmap.
