Integration with GitHub
in progress
Brian Le
A lot of our documentation is written by developers, and they're used to and prefer using a local editor. The ability to do bidirectional syncing (like GitBook) with a GitHub repo would be invaluable.

Connect Doc360 to repository
James Wood
We maintain all of our markdown files in a GitHub repository. Right now, we have to copy and paste the markdown into your platform, which essentially means maintaining two versions of each doc; keeping things in sync is always going to be a problem.
Please make it possible to connect Doc360 to a repository such as Github, Bitbucket, and Gitlab and read content directly from the repo.

I have been trialing out Document360 and one of the biggest disappointments is the lack of a connection to GitHub, where we store all our Markdown. The Sales Rep said it was planned for Q4 2022 but he wasn't sure.

it would be ideal if you could push a version of a file from git and merge it later with the original article

Is there any update on this?
Bitbucket integration would be fantastic.

I understand this feature is now under review and in the pipeline. This is great news! Are there any updates on the ETA? Thank you.

Integration to GitHub/Bitbucket with our KB is one of the main features that we are looking for.

Dipender Sharma: Thanks for your feedback, As a workaround, you can use Zapier integration to bridge this gap. By connecting GitHub and Document360. For more information, please see the following documentation: https://docs.document360.com/docs/github-document360

Marshal Ebinezar: This workaround seems to be not working!! I have already discussed with the Doc360 team on this.
