Integration with Freshdesk&Freshchat for customer interface

It would be great if you can do the integration with Freshdesk&Freshchat for customer interface.
For Freshdesk, now the articles from doc360 only available for agents. We hope it can also available for the customers, then when they search solutions or create a ticket, they can also find the articles. Otherwise, we have to move the articles from doc360 to ticket solution.
For Freshchat, we need its Chatbot and FAQ can get the articles from the doc360, either.

Lava Porcupine Salmon Whitefish we need to perform detailed analysis on this integration, however we don't see that in our current roadmap. So we are closing this request. Thanks for your suggestion and understanding.

You already have a great integration with Freshdesk, it would be great to make that integration available to FreshService also.
Additionally these integrations should be available to the customer as well as the agent.
