Knowledge Base Assistant:
For client chat support, we use the Hubspot Live Chat tool. KBA helped us in bringing our KB to the forefront of the platform. However, integrating Hubspot Live Chat into the KBA would be a tremendous step forward in making our clients' lives easier. If they do not find an answer from the KB articles via KBA, they can contact our CS immediately by opening a chat from the KBA.

Maximum Orca thanks for your feedback. Having chatbot within KBA would be challenging as to address from the usability perspective. We will have this reviewed and keep you posted.
