Right now, Doc360 only supports three levels of subheads in the Table of Contents ("In This Article") pane. A large minority of articles I add to our Knowledge Base have four levels of subheads, with a small number even having five levels.

I've been forced to make level 2 and 3 the same type of header just so that the fourth level headings can be included in the Table of Contents, which looks bad (see attached) and seems unnecessary if there were just the option to have four headings represented in the TOC.
