Request to increase the idle session timeout for users accessing the portal via Single Sign-On (SSO) to reduce unexpected logouts during normal usage.

Users who access the portal through SSO are automatically asked to refresh after a relatively short period of inactivity. This occurs even when users are inactive but not triggering frequent page refreshes or navigation events (e.g., reading documentation, drafting content).

Note: I have set the expiry time to 18 hrs
