Increase character limit for 'Publish article' description

The description option, while publishing an article, character limit is often not sufficient. Sometimes would need to add much more information for future references.

Thank you for sharing the feedback. We understand that the current character limit for the description field during article publishing may not be sufficient for scenarios where additional contextual information is required for future reference.
We can consider this as a quick win improvement and we will keep you posted on the ETA.
