Having the workflow feature for step-by-step guides is essential for us too.

We'd love to use workflow... comments... everything that allows us to have a robust content trail for audit purposes. Without workflow adjustments and comments, we have no content audit trail.

Thanks for the suggestion — that’s a great idea. Having workflow functionality similar to articles would definitely help streamline review and approval processes across other content types.
