Include workflow status update comments in email notifications

When changing an article’s workflow status, users can add a comment and mention assignees using @mentions. However, this comment is not visible in email notifications sent for the workflow change.
Requesting an enhancement to include the workflow status update comment in the workflow change email notification, so assigned users and stakeholders have an improved visibility of the comments.

Thank you for sharing this feedback on behalf of Laura. We understand the value of having workflow status update comments - especially @mentions - reflected in the corresponding email notifications to improve context and visibility for assignees and stakeholders.
We have reviewed this request and will consider it for inclusion in a future roadmap iteration. At this stage, it is not yet scheduled, but we acknowledge the impact it can have on collaboration and workflow clarity. Once this enhancement is prioritized and planned, we will share an updated ETA accordingly.
