Currently, widget analytics data is excluded from the Weekly Analytics Report sent via email, even though the same data is available and reflected within the Article Analytics section in the portal. Customer requested an enhancement to include widget analytics data in the weekly analytics email report as well, so the report provides a more complete and meaningful representation of overall documentation usage.

Thank you for sharing this request.
We understand the need to include widget analytics data in the Weekly Analytics Report, especially since the same data is already available within the Article Analytics section in the portal.
We’ll take this as an improvement request and add it to our backlog for future evaluation. Including widget analytics in the email report would help provide a more complete view of documentation engagement and usage trends.
We’ll share updates if this gets picked up in upcoming planning cycles.
