Include unpublished articles

If you generate a multi-article PDF from Portal > Content Tools > Import & Export > Export to PDF, you can only include published articles in the file.
It would be great if I can create a file with unpublished articles retaining the same structure in the Potal.

Youngha Kam Shannon Greywalker Caroline Tabach thanks for sharing your feedback on this. We will evaluate this request in future while making enhancements in respective functionality.
Also would like to know the reason for including draft articles in the export, because the contributor wouldn't have completed it and information would be incomplete for any readers viewing the same.

D360 Product Management: 2 reasons,
- Sometimes a feature is completed, but released only to a small number of customers to try out, so documentation is not published to KB, but we want to publish the complete category to PDF to make available to a set of customers. Or we have 1 or 2 customers without web access who requested the documentation set as a pdf. Or we might want to send a stakeholder a category of articles for review.
- Current behaviour is that if a category has 10 articles and article c has 7 versions, and version 6 is published on the KB, while we are developing version 7, so article c has a version that is a draft, and article d has 9 versions version 8 is published, we are developing version 9 so it has a version that is a draft. Currently if you use any of the export methods to create a PDF of this category you will only get 8 articles in your PDF, as 2 of the published articles have a page in draft format.
So from my side, the request is not necessarily to publish a draft to PDF, but to be able to publish a published article (as part of a category export) , which has its next version in a draft format.
Currently - such pages have to be made a PDF individually.

D360 Product Management: Hi,
We publish updated articles in the knowledge potal for users on the release date, but often need to print the user guide (including the structure of multiple articles and folders) as a PDF before the release date.
For example, we need to submit documents to the FDA or CE in advance before the release as a medical devices manufactuer. Also, we use it for internal reviews, and we sometimes need previous revisions of only some of the articles in the documents for a derivative of the same product.

While there might be use cases for this, please ensure this is a toggle option. In some use cases we would

Important for us too, I believe this is an existing FR
