Include text changed in email notifications

We have a number of customers who follow articles. They would like to be able to understand what has been updated/changed in the article when they receive the email notification. They have expressed frustration to us that this is not included.

- What level of detail are your customers expecting in the notification?
- A brief summary of the changes?
- A comparison of old vs. new content?
- Highlighted or marked changes?

This would be helpful to be able to see quickly what's happened.
In addition: It would be great if it highlighted the change versus just being a copy of the article. It would also be helpful if there was the ability to control if the content is "redacted" so the content does not show in specific/special circumstances. This would be helpful to enhance content security as the email notifications are not encrypted.
