There are some very important characters that cannot be used in article titles, like quotation marks, currency signs (in my case, dollar signs), and percentages. I can think of myriad ways to title articles with the above symbols, like:

– Troubleshoot "Installation Failed" Error

– Manage Software Licenses above $100

– How to Reach Success Rates over 90%

Currently, hashtags and the @ symbol are possible for titles, so why not ", $, or %?
