As an admin, I should be able to see notifications for any @ mentions within comments in a single location within the app.

Currently, the only way to know that someone has @ mentioned you in a comment is an email. This is difficult to manage, especially if there are multiple mentions. The user should be able to enable/disable emails as well as in-app notifications. This will allow admin to see every single time any other user has mentioned them in a single location, with the history of these mentions. This is especially helpful if these mentions include actions, so that the user can track what comments they still need to take action on.
