Yukti Rathore
1) New numbered list option. Eg.
1.
a.
i.
2) Page break similar to what WYSIWYG.
3) Add call outs in between numbered list points and sub points.
4) Add Table in between numbered list points and sub points.
Thanks

Hi Yukti, thanks for reaching out.
- The ordered and unordered list is available in our plan.
- In Advanced WYSIWYG editor will create the break when you navigate by arrow keys
- Adding callouts in between list items is working as expected. I've attached a screenshot for your reference.
- Adding the tables in between the numbered list and bulleted list is in the plan.
I'll keep you posted regarding any updates on the same. Your patience and understanding are appreciated. Thanks for your valuable time.

Prabhakaran Parasuraman: The thing with the ordered list, however, is that we want to be able to control the number hierarchy in subcategories. 1. to a. to i., etc.
I've asked for this a few times myself, and a couple companies ago I had a boss who was able to somehow code this into functioning. Unfortunately I don't know how he did it, and now at my current company I'm really wishing that you had this option available.

Monica White: I was wondering about this myself; however, it seems that the larger issue is that these elements do not display the same in the editor as they do in the previewed/published page. In the images below, the black type is from the editor. Note that the spacing on multilevel lists is uniform and that the numbering is all Arabic. The image with purple type is the output. Multilevel lists have a bunch of extra space when stepping back levels, but numbering is Arabic, lowercase alpha and lowercase Roman. This spacing and numbering is coded per Doc360's defaults, so I'm confounded as to the disparity between the two versions.

A Burger: That is...interesting. I just tested this in my own environment, and it does seem that I get 1. then a. then i., but nothing changes beyond i.
If these were customizable, we could set up the hierarchy the way we expect it to display.

Monica White: It gets better. (It doesn't.) The images in my post above are from the new WYSIWYG (block) editor, where, by the way when you click the numbered list button in the controls, you can select the type of numbered list you want (first image). I'm assuming the version on the left (all Arabic numerals) is the default. In the WYSIWYG (HTML) editor, not only does it display the numbered list correctly in the editor, you can also select what you want for that level from the controls (second and third images).

A Burger: Also interesting, but it would be nice to have some customization options beyond level 3 in any of the default structures.
Thanks for your help!

Monica White: We will be implementing the ordered list (1, a, i) in our Advanced WYSIWYG editor. I'll update you once we have any updates on the same.
