While working with the Schedule publishing feature, we noticed a few areas that could be improved:

Audit log for editing scheduled time

Currently, the audit tracks when an article is scheduled or when a schedule is cancelled. However, if the scheduled time is edited, this action is not explicitly tracked in the Teams audit log.

Time format confusion in Audit log

When an article is scheduled in IST, the audit log displays the time in UTC. This can be confusing, especially for schedules close to midnight. Due to the 5-hour 30-minute time difference between IST and UTC, the date also changes, which could lead to misinterpretation.

No option to edit or cancel bulk schedule

When scheduling multiple articles from the Workflow assignments page or the All articles page, there is no option to edit or cancel the schedule in bulk. Each article has to be handled individually, which is time-consuming.
