My team and I have been experiencing many issues with not having the editing tools appear when expected, or having comments not appear reliably, until we refresh the page. This happens quite frequently and interferes with our workflow and learning.

Please give some examples on what were you trying to do and what occurred. Share some images or recordings of these, would be helpful to debug.
