Import PDF into Articles
under review

When importing articles, usually there is only word documents. But apparently our existing files are in PDF already. Converting the whole documents into word document always resulting the article to be slightly untidy (some of the pictures turns into code and some of the heading turns into code too) therefore maybe it would be helpful if our pdf documents can be imported directly without making the whole document becomes untidy that we need to tweak the articles manually through HTML coding to look exactly as the pdf we have. Thank you

One of customers Michelle shared feedback suggesting that, in addition to PDF support, it would be beneficial to offer an option for Excel imports as well.

Currently doc 360 doesn't support uploading of .pdf files.
It'd be helpful if we have this feature which works same as .docx files uploading.

This appears to be implemented. Embed PDF as a file in an article.

Only importing of a Word file is possible (for an article) - it would be great to be able to import PDFs and Excels too.

Agree with Sarah. This is an expected and must-to-have feature.
