I am using Helpserver as authoring tool for documentation. Helpserver can export HTML file format. It would be great if the HTML files can be imported as articles.
Thank you.

D360 Product Management Hi,
We need this functionality too. We use RoboHelp to create online help in HTML files, which we then want to import regularly as articles into our knowledge base. I would be very grateful if we could use this functionality in the knowledge base soon.

Hi Karthikeyan J,
Thanks for sharing this request — importing HTML files from HelpServer as articles is a great suggestion, and we’ll definitely review the feasibility.
To understand the use case better, could you please share a bit more detail on the following?
- How often does your team need to import HTML files from HelpServer?
-Are these imports typically one-time migrations or recurring updates to documentation?
-What’s the usual volume — number of HTML files or total size — you expect to import at once?
-Are these HTML files structured as individual articles or grouped under topics/folders in HelpServer?
This context will help us scope the requirement more accurately before discussing with the engineering team.
