Implement Fixed Daily Reset Time for PDF Download Limits in the KB site

Currently, the download limit resets 24 hours after the limit is reached (rolling window).
This makes the reset time unpredictable, as it depends on when the limit was exhausted.
It would be great if the limit is reset on a specific time regularly on a daily basis (EX: 12:00 A.M UTC) at the same time.

Thank you for sharing this suggestion.
Currently, the download limit follows a rolling 24-hour window, which means the reset time depends on when the limit was reached. This is the existing behavior of the system.
We’ll review the feasibility of supporting a fixed daily reset time (for example, resetting the limit at 12:00 AM UTC) and evaluate whether this can be introduced as an improvement.
Once we assess the technical feasibility and scope, we’ll share an update.
