Thank you for suggesting the enhancement to include an “As at” date in the file name or embedded within the file content when articles are downloaded from the Knowledge Base.
We understand the value this brings, particularly for users who reference offline versions of content and need to ensure they are working with the most up-to-date file. Adding a timestamp either in the file name (e.g., ArticleName_AsAt_2025-08-05.pdf) or within the document itself improves traceability and version control for distributed or archived documentation.
We recognize this as a low-effort, high-value enhancement (quick win) and will evaluate the feasibility of implementation in upcoming cycles.
