Handling Authentication at the Browser Tab Level
under review

Logging this request on behalf of SirionLabs for enabling authentication at the browser tab level instead of the browser level in Document360. Users access the help manual from multiple Sirion systems simultaneously, and each system can have different permissions. With the current browser-level token, only one login session can remain active, which prevents users from accessing different systems in parallel across tabs.
The workaround of combining permissions under a single reader group is not feasible, as their security model requires access to remain segregated.
We request the product team to evaluate the possibility of supporting tab-level sessions or an alternative approach.

Hi Fantastic Raccoon sneha
Thank you for sharing the detailed context and for outlining your workflow clearly.
We understand the challenge you’re facing with browser-level authentication when accessing the help manual from multiple systems that require separate permission models. We also acknowledge that combining permissions under a single reader group is not suitable given your security and access segregation requirements.
We will review this request internally to evaluate the technical feasibility of supporting tab-level sessions or identifying an alternative approach that can address your use case while maintaining security and platform consistency.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention - the detailed use case is very helpful for our evaluation.
