Glossary Term Field Should Allow Some Special Characters

The Glossary input form and import feature do not allow terms to have dashes "-" or parenthesis "()". When you enter a term, like "carve-out" DOC360 throws an "Only alphabets, numbers, and spaces between characters allowed" error.
Some special characters are necessary in labeling and defining terms and, therefore, allowed.

Strongly agree with this request. Periods, slashes, and hyphens are an integral part of many technical terms. This is a show-stopper for us. We need an accurate glossary that we can provide to internal and external users. There was nothing in your documentation defining the spec for glossary terms. We probably would not have bought Doc360 if we had been aware of such an egregious limitation.

Agreed. For us brackets, braces, slashes are important as well.

Agreed also. Very important for us. We are working with multiple languages (initially English and French, others to come later), where the French language uses lots of apostrophes, eg: "Tableau d'abord". We also use dashes and parentheses. French accents on letters appear to be accepted, eg: Visibilité, Pôle.

Agreed - we would also appreciate underscores.

Our glossary includes hyphens (-), ampersands (&). I can see single quotes (') as also being useful.
