Glossary Suggestion Enhancements

- We ran into a scenario where the glossary suggestions applied the term to a word within an existing link. This caused an issue with the link text. See attached for example. Terms should not apply to link text.
- It's too difficult to find the suggested term in the associated articles to know where the term will be applied and exclude articles that are not needed. A better workflow is to have the UI preview the paragraph or phrase where the term would be applied so we can make more informed decisions about where to apply or exclude the term.

Hi Tangelo Owl
Thank you for sharing these observations and the detailed example.
We understand the concerns you've raised:
- Glossary suggestions should not be applied to text that is already part of an existing hyperlink, as this can unintentionally modify the link text.
- Previewing only the article name makes it difficult to determine the exact context in which a glossary term will be applied. Having a preview of the relevant paragraph or phrase would make it much easier to decide whether to apply or exclude the suggestion.
We've captured both of these as enhancement requests. We will evaluate the feasibility of excluding hyperlink text from glossary suggestions and improving the suggestion workflow by providing contextual previews before applying changes.
We'll share an update once we've completed our evaluation. Thank you for your valuable feedback—it helps us improve the glossary management experience.
