Inside the glossary within the knowledge base (as viewed by readers), it would be useful to identify the articles and categories that the glossary entry is used within. These could be shown as related articles when hovering over the article term, or possibly it could have an expandable section with all of the article/category titles listed in alphabetical order, but not repeated in the case of the same glossary entry being used multiple times on the same page.
It should be possible to click on an article or category to get to this article.
In the image attached, we should be able to see the article "Document360 - Getting started" listed as at least one of the items on the Knowledge management glossary entry.
