Enhance Glossary CSV import to support additional fields:

Name

Language (defined directly in the CSV instead of being selected post-upload)

Current Behavior:

Currently, CSV import only supports Term and Definition fields. The Language must be manually selected in the dialog box after upload, and there is no option to specify the name, name is automatically copied from term and name is not editable.
