Global Find & Replace fit for purpose???

Currently on a project to replace a word which can be either capitalised or lower case which occurs hundreds of times across hundreds of articles. But global find & replace really seems to lack basic functionality:
* You can't find the word specific to it's sentence case, results show both lower and upper case instances making the global replace feature pointless.
You should be able to globally find the word if it is capitalised and replace with capitalised, same with lowercase.
* Lack of basic and needed filtering i.e. categories, why cant you add a filter for your categories?
* Results from your find don't show articles in the order they are through your KB.
So the request:
1) Global find and replace to be sentence case
2) Improve filter options including Categories
3) Article search results in order as per KB.

We understand the need to differentiate between capitalised and lowercase occurrences so replacements can be executed with full accuracy. This is a legitimate functional gap, and we are evaluating improvements to handle case-sensitive replacements effectively.
Expanded filter options, including Category-level filtering
Adding category filters would significantly streamline bulk content operations, especially for larger knowledge bases. This enhancement is already under internal discussion, and your request further reinforces the need.
Search results ordered as per the KB hierarchy
We recognize that aligning results with the actual KB structure improves predictability and reduces operational friction. This will be reviewed as part of the broader enhancements to search and content operations.
At this stage, our prioritization will be driven by overall customer traction. Your inputs add meaningful weight to this requirement, and we will continue to monitor similar requests. As demand consolidates, we will incorporate these capabilities into our roadmap.
