Add the ability to use the global Find and Replace functionality to search for and modify the display text of hyperlinks (i.e., anchor text) across the Knowledge base.

Current Behavior:

The current global Find and Replace tool scans and replaces plain text in the body of the content but does not identify or allow changes to the anchor text of hyperlinks.

Requested Enhancement:

Enable global Find and Replace to locate and replace link display text, regardless of the destination URL.
