It would be great if you can do the integration with Freshdesk&Freshchat for customer interface.
For Freshdesk, now the articles from doc360 only available for agents. We hope it can also available for the customers, then when they search solutions or create a ticket, they can also find the articles. Otherwise, we have to move the articles from doc360 to ticket solution.
For Freshchat, we need its Chatbot and FAQ can get the articles from the doc360, either.
