Routing the portal users with their login details fetched and create a support ticket.
Routing the document360.com website users to create a support ticket after exposing a form for them.
Currently we are planning on upgrading to introduce an AI based Freshchat chatbot that they offer. We have linked our docs so that the AI bot will act as the first level ticket deflector for our support team. We need to bring in the above two configuration in this AI chatbot as well.
