Add "Paint Format" Button to the Editor

While editing and formatting content in Document360, maintaining visual consistency across headings, paragraphs, and callouts is crucial for readability and professionalism. Currently, formatting must be manually replicated, which is inefficient and error-prone.
There is no Paint Format (format painter) functionality in the editor.
As a result:
- Users must manually match font, size, color, and spacing.
- It increases editing time, especially for long or complex documents.
- It introduces a higher risk of formatting inconsistencies.
Proposed Solution
- Add a Paint Format button to the editor toolbar.
This would:
- Allow users to copy formatting from one text block and apply it to another.
- Improve editing speed and overall efficiency.
- Ensure consistent styling across documentation.
Impact
This feature would benefit:
- Technical writers maintaining large documentation libraries.
- Editors applying global style changes.
- Any user aiming for visual consistency without repetitive manual work.

Remarkable Orca This is a very nice to have option.. There are many users who are migrating from MS Word or Confluence or Google Docs, there we have the option to allow the formatting of some text or content to be applied to other using Format Painter option. This will make life easier for many users.

Would love to have this option!

Another item that would be useful would be to remove all formatting for a selected set of text. Currently, we need to go into the code view to be able to do this, and locating the formatting tags can be difficult.

Mature Spoonbill: Under More Text, there's a Clear Formatting icon that seems to work intermittently.
