Currently, the "Follow" functionality is implemented for JWT readers. Please ensure that the "Follow" functionality is accessible to JWT readers.

Somehow it doesn't seem to be working for our site, there is no Follow button appearing after I toggled the button in Settings. Is it supposed to be live now? Thanks

Follow article/category option to be available for JWT readers as well

Currently, the "Follow" button is only available to readers added directly within the portal, and unfortunately, JWT readers do not have access to this feature due to system limitations.
On behalf of the customer, I am requesting an enhancement to allow the "Follow" button for articles and categories to be visible to JWT readers as well.
