Follow article feature - public sites

One of the customers is looking for the "follow article" feature for the public knowledge base site. Since it is only available for the private and mixed projects created after June.
So, it would be great if we could have the feature for the public sites as well.

The Follow Article feature already exists for public knowledge base sites. Since the requested functionality is available in the product, we’ll close this ticket as the feature is already supported.

This is a feature our users are looking for as well. It appears this functionality is only available to users with logins to doc360 even in mixed projects, but our end users do not have logins to Doc360. Perhaps it could function like common marketing emails where when users that do not have logins choose to follow, they are prompted to enter their email addresses.
