FloikAI has limited screen capture capability, and that should have been explained sooner.

When we purchased our subscription of Document360 and FloikAI, it was with the understanding that it had broader capabilities that we are now seeing that it doesn't have. Especially FloikAI, which now we are told that it can only screen capture and create guides from web based formats, no direct desktops or multi-screens, and not off of anything but Google Chrome. This is a tremendous limitation and we need this reviewed ASAP.

Hi Junior Grouse,
Thank you for sharing your concern — we understand how this limitation can impact your expectations and workflow.
To better assess the situation and explore possible options, could you please help clarify a few points:
What were the specific use cases or workflows you were expecting FloikAI to support (e.g., desktop apps, multi-screen recording, specific tools like ERP, Office apps)?
Are these requirements primarily for internal documentation, customer-facing guides, or training purposes?
Do you need to capture entire desktop workflows, or would capturing specific application windows suffice?
How critical is multi-screen support for your use case?
Are there any specific applications you are trying to document that are currently blocked due to this limitation?
Understanding your exact requirements will help us:
Evaluate whether there are any workarounds or partial solutions
Assess the gap vs current capabilities
Route this appropriately for further review
Looking forward to your inputs so we can assist you better.
