Flexible Glossary terms linking

In our previous doc tool, we could link a glossary term to a related phrase or its word variation with its definition. For instance, "Risks" or "Risk panel" can be linked to the definition of "Risk."
However, in Doc360, we need to link the exact word to the definition. The linking only works if the glossary term called "Risks" exists. If the complete word doesn't exist, it links "Risk" while leaving out the "s."
A deal breaker in terms of both usability and UX.
You're requested to allow for flexibility when linking to glossary definitions in Knowledgebase Help Center articles.

This feature would be important for us too. We use certain key terms and abbreviations of those terms interchangeably, so it would be good to link both terms to the same glossary entry.
For example, we'd use 'Debt Relief Notice' and 'DRN' interchangeably, and would like to link both to the same glossary entry.
In some cases, it's just about having different casing of the same word, like 'Debtor' and 'debtor' - we want both to use the same glossary entry.

Hi Usama, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’ve received similar requests in the past and completely agree that this is a gap worth addressing. The good news is that we’ve already worked on the design as part of our upcoming Terminology Management feature—an enhancement to the existing Glossary module. This is planned in our roadmap for H1 2026, and we’ll keep you updated once the change goes live in production.
