The customer requires enhanced flexibility in Reader self-registration domain controls. Currently, when specific domains are configured, all other domains are blocked from registering. They would like the option to automatically assign certain workspaces for selected domains while still permitting users from other domains to complete registration. This would improve onboarding flexibility and access management.

Thank you for sharing this requirement. We understand the need for greater flexibility in Reader self-registration domain controls, particularly the ability to automatically assign specific workspaces for selected domains while still allowing users from other domains to register. This approach can indeed help streamline onboarding while maintaining structured access management.
At this stage, we will evaluate this request and monitor overall customer traction for this capability. Based on the demand and the impact across customers, we will determine the appropriate prioritization for our roadmap.
