Find and replace with Variables/Snippets

For the global find/replace feature, add the ability to replace static text with variables/snippets. This seems like a fairly common use case. I have a term that appears hundreds of times in my docs, which is currently static text. I want to create a snippet for it, and then replace all instances of the static text with the snippet.

Glenn Elliott Caroline Tabach Oren Kaufman Erica Dyson thanks for your feedbacks. I would like to confirm on few scenario in the below summary to ensure we resonate the same ideas to ensure we cover all the uses case while implementing the same. Appreciate your understanding and patience.
(a) Auto-detect the same text across all the articles, and provide an option for the system to convert them to snippets or variables, and auto-update & publish the articles for the updates.
(b) Ability to replace the snippets / variables across all the articles through Content Tools > Find & Replace.

I'll add to this, I have a similar project going on to replace static test with a variable, we have recently changed a few of our applications and figured it would be better to change the static text with a variable instead in case we end up changing them again.
The ability to do a find and replace across all 1500+ documents would be a huge time saver
